Shipping and Returns

Your order can be shipped directly to you in the United States. We make it easy!

About Your Shipment:

• Items in stock will typically ship within the time frame of 1-2 days. Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.

• Items that are not in the stock, ship as soon as they become available.

• You will receive confirmation of shipment with tracking information at the email address provided in your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible to return, your purchased item must be in the original packaging, and the same condition as when you received, with all the tags and labels attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return address information can be found on the Packing Slip included with the order. Shipping costs paid with the order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive an email notification that we have processed the refund. You should receive the credit in 5 to 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
